Returns

The company reserves the right to refuse returns under the following circumstances:

If a return is accepted the customer has 30 days to return the item from the date of receiving it. To be eligible for a return the item must be in the original condition and unused. The item must be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required, a receipt and order number.

There will be a restocking fee if the item is not in the original condition and this fee will depend on the condition of the item.
Any transfer fees and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

For damage refer to our shipping policy and for faults refer to our warranty policy.

 

This policy does not apply to our Custom Built Computers.

Refunds

The company reserves the right to refuse refunds under any circumstances. Exceptions may apply at the company’s discretion.
If Refund is approved then any transfer and/conversion fees will not be refunded as these costs are not recoverable by the company.
If item was already shipped please see Returns section.
This refund policy does not apply to custom computers or components.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
